stacking two graphs

Hello,
I have a figure 1 and a figure 2 but I want to draw out of them one single figure with panel A on top and panel B on bottom, with one single title and time scale only at the bottom of panel B. That is, I want to stack vertically figures 1 and 2.
Is there a way of doing that?
