STEPLS Estimation Query

Hi,
I am currently undertaking a price transmission analysis whereby I am also assessing the asymmetric aspects.
I requires STEPLS (stepwise least squares) as an estimation method option, however I sadly do not have this as an option. I am using EViews University edition.
Do you happen to know how I could install STEPLS?
