Error saving files

Good afternoon,
I called Friday afternoon an was told to send a screenshot of the error message which is attached.
I am an experienced Eviews user.
I am using a copy of version 12 which I just purchased.
I am trying to save over an old file used in previous versions of Eviews.
Is it s path problem? Or is the file corrupted?
