Period SUR or Cross-Section SUR

Hi, I would like to ask a question regarding weight.
I want to run data but I don't know which method is correct. (my data is panel data - structured)
here is the information regarding my data - 10 companies which consist of 11 years of observations (total up 110 observations)
when I want to run data, I select the fixed-effect method and after that, I don't know if period SUR or Cross Section SUR is much better. any opinion regarding this?
