E-Views 11 Student Version Lite Licence and Installation Problem

Hi,
I am a grad student at Middle East Technical University. I have registered and requested a student version lite edition of E-views with my university mail adress and i have tried this several times but i have never got any reply in my inbox from E-views. How can i get student version lite download and licence for academic purposes? Could anyone help me about that?
