pagestack with links to original data for automatic update

I have a page with quarterly data, linked to an external database (DBnomics). Now, I would like to create a panel page, linked to the quarterly data. I used the command "pagestack poolname @ series1 series2 series3". I cannot create a link for automatic update, if new data is added in the external database. Is this possible?
