Generalized Autoregressive Score Model

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to replicate the GAS model on EViews using the method found here

Whenever I try to execute xopen(p), it keeps saying that xopen(p) is not defined or is an illegal demand despite having installed Python and the required packages already.
Note that i currently run on EViews 11 Student Version Lite. Please advise on how I can proceed as I really need to be able to run the GAS model.
