I am now estimating a system comprising two equations using panel data. But I am not sure whether Eviews could do this kind of estimation.I mean I have used Eviews estimating a system of cross-section data, but do not know how to perform panel data.

It isn't really clear what you're asking here. Estimating a system with panel data is the same as estimating a system with cross-section data - the interface is identical.

You can estimate it with FE only. Use dummy variables for the fixed effects or the @expand command!
