Is it possible to write a piece of code that would return the date of the first Friday of a given year?

The first Friday that exists in the (daily) workfile, or the first Friday that exists existentially?

What is the frequency of the workfile?
Do you want to return a single string that contains the date of the first Friday in a specific month that exists in that workfile?
