When I start Eviews12Beta I get this message

I only have Eviews11 (and a EViews 11 serial number) on my machine
What to do?

Sorry, the version number in the error message is incorrect. It should say:
"You must re-register your EViews 11 serial number on this machine before you can run this beta.".
Our beta will only allow you to run on machines that has been properly registered with EViews 11 on it. If you can't run EViews 11 on it, then you can't run the beta either. Specifically, that message comes up when we detect that the current machine has been marked as "unregistered" with your current EViews 11 license so it won't let you run the beta on it.
To fix this, simply re-register your EViews 11 license on that machine. Once done, you can run the beta.
