Eviews estimation.

Dear Mr./Mme,
Hello,
I want to ask a question ! I'm using eviews version student ! And when i try to use random model, eviews share as message : "“random effects estimation requires number of cross sections >number of coefs for between estimator for estimate of RE innovation variance”.
I dont know why, can you share the reason ?
Also, when i'm working i receive another message, this one : "1 table or matrix had a dimension larger than 0 and could not be saved with the workfile".
also when i try to run stationarity test for residuals eviews dont allow me and share : "cross-section effects with period GLS weights not allowed". i dont understand why !
Please if anyone can share any response i would be grateful.
