Hi, I was hoping somebody could please assist me.

I downloaded and installed the NARDL add in on the academic standalone Eviews 11 version.

But when I try use the add in I get the following error message pop up

"Error 2142 in encrypted programs"

I have updated Eviews 11 and also deleted and reinstalled the add in, but still get the same error.
Any assistance on how to correct this issue would be greatly appreciated

try to estimate ardl model than go into lebal window than type asyvars: variable name than use add in nardl option

How to solve "Error 6 in encrypted programs" ? I want to see the asymmetry of 4 variables with 44 years of data.

I am experiencing the same error problem, despite uninstalling, re-installing, purchasing a new copy and instlling it onn anothher computer. does anyone have any idea of what " Error 2142 in encrypted program" means or where information on this error can be accessed
