Hello

I know that EViews can be used with windows task scheduler but wanted to know whether it can be called by an external application like Oracle using specific triggers (like data have been loaded)? I guess it depends on the external application's capabilities but wanted to check with you in case you have any tips or previous experience.

If you want to do more complicated stuff then simply using task scheduler, or calling an EViews program via a command line, you can use the EViews COM automation server.
