I received Unlimited Lab Use Serial Number (Version 11) and cloning key number.
I used the serial number and received the message as attached.
Should I use the cloning key as I am not sure about the cloning key?
Please advice.

Make sure you're cloning key has all 6 parts (separated by a dash), with each part made up of 6 characters, so that it looks something like this:
Also, to use this unlimited license properly, you'll need to install our EViews License Server product on a machine on your network (one that can be left running 24/7) or on your own machine. Once installed, you'll have to register your new EViews 11 Unlimited serial number onto it. Your email with the EViews 11 serial number should've provided you with download links for this product.

I suggest you do this first since the EViews 11 installer will ask for the name of this license server machine to complete the installation.
