EViews Stopped Working after Updating

My EViews 11 Software has stopped working. I already updated EViews by downloading the patch. After Installing the patch the EViews is not even launching now. What should I do on solving this issue?

I tried to install the patch and after finished on that, I tried to open EViews and it is stopped working.

How did you install the patch? From within EViews, or by downloading the patch from our website?
Try re-downloading the patch from our website and re-installing:
http://www.eviews.com/download/download.shtml
If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch.
