Changing Observation Labels in scatterplots

Hey there!
I have a question regarding the observation labels of panel data in scatterplots. I would like to get rid of the year and country of origin label in the attached graph, so that I am left with the country of destination. I tried setobslabel, scat(panel=combine) and structuring the graph new, but nothing worked out. I figured it out how to change the label to the observation number, but not to a simple series.
