Workfile Range Command

Hello,
Is it possible to define the workfile range with the end date being today's date by chance?
For example something like:
wfcreate FX_D d(1,5) 01/01/1980 @today
or
wfcreate FX_D d(1,5) 01/01/1980 @today+20
Alternatively, is it possible to store a command like:
sample daily 01/01/2018 31/12/2018
centrally and then fetch it into a new workfile?
