To identify groups with similar names

Hi,
Is there a way that I can store the names of the groups which is saved in a similar format as a string. We can create groups with wildcard characters to match more than one series in the workfile. Similarly, I wanted to store the names of the groups which match a specific format as a string. for eg, if I have groups named as Inflation_17Q4, Inflation_18Q1 and Inflation_18Q2 in my workfile. Can I store the names of such groups as a string named inflation_grp. Where inflation_grp = "Inflation_17Q4 Inflation_18Q1 Inflation_18Q2".
