Unbalanced Panel and Random Effects Model

Good day,
I've uploaded an unbalanced panel data consisting of 51 Observations. I want to calculate the (Panel) Ordinary Least Squares, the 2 Way Fixed Effects Model as well as the 2 way Random Effects Model (and conduct a Hausman test). The OLS Model and Fixed Effects Models have been estimated with no challenges, however I receive a note that says "2 Way Random Effects not allowed on Unbalanced Data". This is incredibly frustrating as I have yet to find a solution on how best this is resolved in Eviews (I have version 9.5) and would loathe to have to use another statistical tool.
