unbalanced panel

Hai,
I have some difficulties working on my paper.
I have unbalanced panel data, where T = 5 and N = 33, there should be 165 observations but there is missing data so that it becomes 161 obs. How should I analyze it?
Are the steps used the same as the balanced panel on Common, FEM, or REM?\
