How to customize Y-axis label

Hi,
I want to customize the label of y-axis for a time series chart. With the option "user specified" provided by Eviews I can remove the top and bottom numbers, however this is not enough for me.
Please see attached workfile (ZGDP), I want to change the label to "-5, 0,5,10,15" instead of "-4,-2,0,2,4..." Is there any way to realize it?
