Eviews 9 Command Bar Obscured by blank space

Hello,
I am having an issue seeing the command bar on Eviews9. Please see the attached picture. Please help me correct this so I can have the usual view for the program.

Try Window/Reset Window Layout from the main EViews menubar.

There should also be a scrollbar on the right of your window that you can draw to reset things.
