Double initialization

Hi,
I have a problem when including a new user-defined object. Under "Add-ins > Manage User Objects... > Add..." when I select my .ini file and klick OK, the user object will appear twice. When I try to delete one of the entries, EViews crashes. Saving, exiting EViews and starting again makes it possible to delete one of the two items and running as usual.
Am I doing something wrong here or is it something else?
I run the nov 14 2016 build.
