EViews.com

There is an option in the MiDaS estimations that relates to frequency conversion. Choosing "first" and "last" give different estimates. What does that option mean? Couldn't find it in the documentation.

But essentially it is specifying whether to start the high frequency observations at the first or last month of the quarter.
