Eviews Outbox

Does anyone know what to do when you send a PM on this forum and it just sits in the Outbox and never makes it to Sent Messages?
It gets moved to Sent Messages as soon as the recipient reads it. If they never read it, it will never get moved.
At least that's how I think it works...
