Good morning,
Just got EViews 9 on a new laptop. How can I transfer my database registry from my old laptop to the new one?

On your old computer:
1.Select Options->General Options.

2.In the dialog select File Locations in the left pane.

3.Press the folder button for Database Registry and Alias Map Path. This folder has all of your database and graph default settings.

If you just want the database registry, copy just the evdb.ini file. You may however want to just copy the entire directory to get your graph settings as well.

Using the same first 3 steps as above on your new computer, place the copies of the desired files into the directory listed in step 3.
