Near Singular Matrix Error - Don't know what else to try!

Hi All,

Very new to this, I am an undergrad trying to conduct a study on the impact of foreign aid on economic growth. I am not an econometrician and my skills in this area are most definitely not up to par, but I am desperate for help and I do not know where else to turn to. I am using the Eviews Student version 9.0. Please find attached the panel data I am working with.

No matter what sort of equation I am trying to run - even just a simple least squares, I am getting the same 'near singular matrix' error message every single time (ideally I am trying to run GMM/TSLS with instruments). I assume this means I have multicollinearity of some sort, but I have tried transforming the variables differently to no avail. I would be so, so grateful for any help at all.

Hard to say without knowing what you're doing.

Apologies for not being clear, I'm basically trying to run the regression:

GDP growth per capita (depedent variable) = Constant + x1 + x2 + x3 + x4 + x5 + x6 + x7 + x8 +x9 + x10

It would be better if you posted your EViews workfile and the exact command you entered.
