Multikolinearity For Panel Data

Hi, i'm Ari From Indonesia. I'm grateful to find this site.
I have a problem to estimate my panel data's multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity and autocorellation with eviews 7.1. When i block all of my independent variables > open > as equation > insufficient number of observations. Anyone can help me?
