Axis tick disappear after copying

Hi there,

I'm trying to place my graph results into a word document. However, after I copy the graph to clipboard and then paste it into the word document, the ticks along the axes are no longer there. I don't want to just screenshot the graph and insert it that way as it considerably reduces the quality of the image.

Am I doing something wrong, or will the axis ticks not stay after being pasted?
I'm using EViews 8.

Cheers

What's the build date of your copy of 8? (Help->About EViews)

Ahh thanks very much. I assumed from your post that I should install the latest update. After doing so the tick marks appear after pasting the output.

Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Gareth,

I think I've spoken too soon in regards to it working. As it turns out, only one specific graph kept its axis ticks, while I'm still unable to get them to stay after inserting the graphs into Word, Excel, Paint, etc.

The build date of my copy of 8 is August 11, 2015.

Cheers

We can't replicate the problem. You may have some unique graph settings that is causing the problem.
