restrection when importing data

I have a big csv that i should import it
the problem i couldn't upload it because is big file
please dear friend and collegue telle me how to use the condition if in order to not upload the all data
i can't slect the data that i didn't need under excal. Bceause excel is unable to open it
i need your help in order to use the confition if; i will use it in order to select the data in fila, i will use through the variable country
or:and i can select based on the name of firm, so how to put condition if ' the name odn't contain bank" or how to use the country vairable if the country is different from austria france belgique don't upload them
your help will be very precious
