Not able to see "Manage Addins"

I just installed eviews 9 and then opened the Addins tab from the menu. I cannot see "Download Addins" or "Manage Addins" in the drop down list. Also when I manually downloaded Rtadf addin and installed, I don't see it listed in that addin tab. Next I click on Proc and I find that "none available for this window". please help.

What are the first three characters of your EViews serial number (Help->About EViews).

the first 3 characters are 90S (9 zero S). Is something wrong with my license?

Could you post a screenshot of what your add-ins menu looks like?

Patch with this fix was released today.
