Calculated Series Across Tabs

I've got a calculated series that produces a monthly series in a monthly structured workfile.

I would like to map that calculated series over to another tab with a quarterly structure so that it gives me average quarterly data.

When I copy the calculated series from the monthly workfile to the quarterly workfile, it doesn't calculate the average quarterly figures. For values it works, but not for a calculated series.

It there a way to do this?

I don't follow what you're saying here. EViews doesn't care with it is a calculated series or not. Perhaps you could provide more details on exactly what you're doing (and which version of EViews).
