[VAR IRF]How can I make the x-axis start with a 0?

Hi all,

I have spent quite some time here and with EViews 8 but can't seem to find a way to make the X-axis of impulse response functions start with a 0. I am conducting VAR. I believe the first value of the x-axis should be a 0.

Let's say we have 2 endogenous variables, X and Y. X contemporaneously affects Y. If we create IRFs for this in EViews, the response at 1 on the x-axis in the IRF for X's response to Y shock would be a 0, which indicates that 1 on the x-axis is actually 0. Is my understanding correct?

I would appreciate your help.

Thanks.
