Ordered Probit and Panel Data

I would like to know If it is possible to estimate an ordered probit in Panel data.

There is nothing that takes advantage of the panel structure. You could put in dummy variables yourself, but you'll have to be wary of the incidental parameters problem.

Just following up - is there still no way of doing an ordered probit model with panel data?

Not if you want random effects
