chart with panel data

hello
I want to make a graph (see attached file) where I want to express for just one year (2006 for exemple) how many companies (index_number as cross section) have an NSFR (ratio) up to 100% and how many of them had less than 100%

What do you imagine the graph to be? How many companies meet that criteria in one year is a single number. You want a graph of a single number?

sorry maybe I've worked so much for today that's why I can't explain clearly what do I want to do.
please can you check the attached file.
for 2011 for exemple I want to know the number or the % of banks that meet the ratio

ok, so I'll presume you want a bar chart. How many bars will there be?

I want to get the same bar chart and a circle chart too
for the circle chart I want to have 3 parts : for those with a ratio less than 80%
for those with a ratio less than 100%
for those with a ratio less than 80% and up to 100%
