Blank rows in Excel

It would be nice if there were an option to skip blank rows in Excel files. It's quite common to leave a blank row every fifth entry or so to make data more human-readable.

Wouldn't it easier if you skip the blank rows manually (say, =if(iserror(A1), 1,0), then sort it, and remove the empty rows that way) before you insert the data into eviews?

Well, no. It would be a lot easier if there were a checkbox in EViews to do it for me.
