GetExchangeData Add-in Problem

Hello Eviews,
Getexchange addin does ot work properly. The problem is that when I run addin the panel for choosing currencies and period of interest comes out. I choose USD/EUR for example and new workfile by name "Exchange" shows up. However, The exchange rate series does not show up. I can see only "resid" and "c" series in my newly created workfile. Please help.
