Bi-weekly databases

I have a more structural suggestion. I think its useful to economists: the possibility to work with bi-weekly databases (24 periods/year). Usually I use OxMetrics/Stamp to cope with these kind of indicators or I split the series in EV monthly files. I've tried to use integer dates, but its harder to convert data, for instance.
Tks in advance,
Fabio

EViews 7 has both bi-monthly (24 obs a year) and fortnightly (26 obs a year).

Simply great. I'm eager to have it. Here in Brazil, fortnightly is not used, but bi-weekly... A lot. Even so a kind of weekly not standardized for 52 week/year (a year with 53 or 51 weeks). I imagine, anyway, that the fortnightly must be useful in a lot of English culture countries. Tks! Fabio

Indeed. I'm paid bi-monthly, but my girlfriend is paid fortnightly!
