Near Singular Matrix

Hope everyone is doing well.

So I'm trying to run this error correction model and I keep getting the 'Near Singular Matrix' error message. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? I've checked the correlation matrix and tried dropping variables but to no use. Thanks!
