Setting first observation to log(100)

Hi.
I am trying to replicate a paper for my home work. One of the graphs consisted of two variables has both of the first observations set to log(100). I think it is simple data scaling trick. Does anyone know how do to this? It is like normalizing first observation to log(100) which is about 4.06 = ln100
