Simple hypothesis testing question
Posted: Sun Apr 20, 2014 11:58 pm
If my model is affair=a+b*rel
(rel = religion, 1=religious,0=not)
Test the hypothesis that the probability of a non religious person having an affair is 0.25, against the null that it is greater than 0.25.
How would you go about doing that...?
note: not asking about how to regress the model, just a general basic statistics question..
