LM test add-in is not one of residual diagnostics options so that you cannot see the add-in button from the VIEW toolbar.
LM test can be done by running the program.

You will see the available add-in programs on the Add-ins toolbar.

Hello,

When running BP test on eq01 in page “China”, EViews will take heavy CPU and memory and then crash.
However, we are able to get the result using the previous version of BPTest Add-in.

Please help to solve the problem.
Thank you for your help.

The new version of the BPTest is more memory intensive than the previous one, especially in panels with large N. If your computer doesn't have enough memory to run the add-in, you should use the previous version

How many memory should we need?

I ran on the computer which is 64-bit Windows and has 6G memory for 9 hours, but the problem persists.
I still can not get the result.

Thank you!

It may be that your data set is too large for any computer to run the add-in.

Would you modify the add-in for large data set?
Thank you.

As Esther pointed out, the previous version was less memory intensive...

I'm confused - didn't you say it worked on the previous version?
