it keeps sending the serial code to an email i do not own

my version is eviews 12 student version. I cant register since there isnt any option that allow me to choose which email i want my serial code be sent to, and the apps keep sending it to some weird email address that's not mine...

Could you provide more details? How are you requesting a serial number?
