Migrate a License Manager to a new server

hello,

I have a License Manager with 20 concurrent EViews 8 licenses running on a windows 2019 on-prem. We are moving all our server to azure cloud VMs. So, i would like to know what is the best way to migrate this server, or the licenses at least, to a VM on azure ? Are there any docs showing how to do that ?
