I want to study the determinants of FDI in BRICS countries. I have a panel data of 5 countries from 1991 - 2018 which I have downloaded from the World Development Indicator. In the data set many data are missing.I want to run the Panel Data with (a) Common Constant Method (b) Fixed Effects and (c) Random Effects.
Please let me know how to fill up the missing data.Am I going to get a biased result if I leave it as NA.

Suggestions will be welcomed.
