Tobit models with frictions

i'm faced with a Huge problem, i have to use a tobit model with frictions and to estimate the parameters by maximising the liklihood function

I am in the middle of constructing the tobit model too. My problem is how to validate the Tobit model in terms of normality and homoscedascity assumptions by using EVIEWS? Any suggestion on what command to be used?
