How to add month dummy variables?

Hi my potential savior(s),

I am having a hard time running regression on Eviews because I am a total noob in this (just started using yesterday). I also have basic econometrics knowledge only so.... I'm really having a hard time :(

1. May I know how to check and correct for stationarity? (my Y and X variables all seem to have a trend, ie. increasing)
2. How to add month dummy variables? that is, if month=december, it's a 1. If it's not december, it will be 0.
