Frequency conversion with defined value

Hello,

I need to perform frequency conversion from annual to quarterly. But, while doing so, I already have first quarter of the year available in the quarterly page for this variable. Is there a way to convert the yearly figure to quarterly, taking into account the first quarter's value? I use quadratic frequency conversion method, both sum and average (for two different variables) conversion.
