Reconciliation of Observations

Hello,
I am running two similar time series regression model based upon dates from the same data set. However the results of my regression is saying that the included observations are different by two (3064 vs 3066). Do you have any ideas why that might happen. One of the models has an additional lag variable could that possibly be the reason?
