how do I interpret this Johansen test output?

Postby songcarrie » Wed Jan 27, 2016 8:04 am

Could anybody tell me how to interpret this output please? I feel it's really strange... from the table, both figures from none and at most 1 are smaller than 0.5.. how many co integration do I have then? and also, it says the test indicates two co integrating eqns... how does it come if I only have two variables...... econometrics piss me off.... :?: thank you for your helpppp. any comments will help!!

Maybe your 2 variables are stationary. first do the unit root test.
